Courses are available both in-person at hosted locations nationwide and online through our subscription platform.

How long are the in-person training courses?

How do I register for a course?

Click the 'Register Now' button on any event card in the Training Calendar. Registration is handled securely through RegFox. You will receive a confirmation email with event details after completing registration.

What is the cost to attend an in-person course?

Most in-person training events are $150 per officer. Pricing is listed on each event in the Training Calendar. Agency group rates may be available — contact us for details.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the course date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course date are non-refundable. Are your courses POST certified?

What does our agency need to provide to host a course?

Accepted Answer

Host agencies typically provide a suitable training room (one that can hold 30 people comfortably), AV equipment, and coordination with local agencies. PSTG handles all registration, flyers, curriculum, instruction, and materials. In return, we offer host agencies free seats in their classes. We'll walk you through everything during the planning process.

Is there a minimum number of attendees required to host a course?

We generally recommend a minimum of 30 attendees to host a course. We evaluate each request individually, and courses can also be opened to officers from neighboring agencies to meet attendance requirements.

How do I access the online training platform?
